• Company information, settings, and content you choose to add.
• Customer conversations and submitted details when you enable those workflows.
• Technical and security data required to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

We use this information to provide your workspace, run the workflows you configure, support your team, prevent misuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Workspace content and AI

Company sources and customer conversations remain associated with the relevant workspace. Dialiqa does not use private workspace content to train general-purpose models unless a separate agreement explicitly allows it.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by carefully selected infrastructure and technology providers only where needed to operate the service. Access is limited by purpose and contractual safeguards. A current provider list will be made available before public launch.

Retention and control

Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the service, legal obligations, security, and dispute prevention. Workspace owners may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the contact page.

Security and changes

We apply access controls, separated workspaces, secure sessions, and operational safeguards appropriate to the stage of the product. No system can promise absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be shown with a new effective date.
