These terms govern use of the Dialiqa website and early-access product while commercial plans and service commitments are being finalized.

You may use Dialiqa only for lawful business purposes and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for protecting account access.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain rights to information you provide. You authorize Dialiqa to process it only as needed to provide the service. You must have the necessary rights and notices before adding personal information or customer conversations.
Early-access service
Features may change as the product develops. We may limit or suspend functionality to protect users, address security issues, or maintain service quality. Any paid plan, service level, or additional commitment will be presented separately before it applies.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, mislead people, send abusive or unsolicited communications, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review.
AI-assisted output
Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect. Workspace owners must configure approved sources and safeguards, review sensitive workflows, and keep a human escalation path. Dialiqa is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional judgment.
Ownership, availability, and liability
Dialiqa and its product materials remain the property of their respective owner. During early access, the service is provided for evaluation without a guaranteed service level. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Ending access and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may end access for serious misuse or risk. Material changes will be communicated through the product or website before they take effect where required.
